The Shroud doesn't ask you to believe. It dares you to look.
Jesus-God You-Jury examines 128 years of scientific and forensic analysis of the Shroud of Turin, purported to be the burial cloth of Jesus. The reader is presented with the facts and arguments as though they were a jury member determining the truth behind the cloth.
You are the jury
Instead of prosecution and defense teams, which are terms from the legal profession, the book presents the two sides as “defenders” (those who think the evidence confirms the Shroud is the burial cloth of Jesus) and “skeptics” (those who think it is not, or that it is a medieval forgery). The evidence is primarily pulled from peer-reviewed forensic papers outlined on shroud.com, which is the official repository for all science-related information on the Shroud of Turin.

Investigate
The book begins with the historical evidence of the Shroud, starting with its first confirmed appearance at Lirey, France in 1355. Next it enters its period of scientific examination with a new state-of-the-art science: photography, in 1898. That is followed by the examination of the Shroud by a large team of forensic scientists in 1978. Then the numerous new discoveries from 1978 up through 2026 are presented.

Evaluate
The evidence is presented as though the reader is the member of a jury hearing both sides of the argument. You are tasked with determining the truth based on the “beyond a reasonable doubt” approach used in the American legal system. As the reader and juror, you are tasked with looking at the totality of evidence rather than the individual objections over any one piece of evidence.

Decide
While the author does provide the reader with his opinion after three years of research and study in developing this book, you are invited to come to your own conclusion. The verdict is for you to decide.
“The book is masterfully written and I like how it talks to me as a member of a jury.”

Questions about the book
Where can I buy Jesus-God You-Jury?
The book is expected in January 2027. It will be on Amazon and distributed on all e-book platforms, with global bookstore distribution through IngramSpark. No pre-orders are available. Leave your details on the Buy page to be told when it is out.
Is this book for believers or skeptics?
Both. It is written for believers and non-believers who want a view into real peer-reviewed scientific and forensic evidence presented in a courtroom setting that allows the reader to make their own determination, beyond a reasonable doubt, about the Shroud of Turin.
What does the book say about the Shroud?
The data shows three possible conclusions: 1) the Shroud is a medieval forgery, 2) the Shroud is much older than the 13th century but does show the image of a crucified man, or 3) the Shroud is the burial cloth of Jesus as described in the Bible. The science is presented and disputed, but the decision is yours.
